The Pau Casals Foundation is a private non-profit organization created in 1972 in Puerto Rico by Pablo Casals and Marta Casals with the aim of preserving the legacy of Pablo Casals and promoting and disseminating knowledge of classical music. The Foundation manages and conserves the Pau Casals Museum and also preserves and disseminates the personal collection of Pablo Casals, a unique reference archive. It also promotes projects and activities to support young cellists, bring music closer to the public and disseminate the figure of Pablo Casals.
